Our ESG priorities are shaped by a materiality assessment aligned to GRI Standards and the issues that matter to our stakeholders. In 2026, we took this further with a Double Materiality Assessment: looking at how sustainability affects our business and how our business affects the world, aligned to European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).

Climate: Delivering on science-based Net Zero targets across operations and value chain. A clear focus on emissions reduction, supplier engagement and data quality.

Energy: Increasing renewable electricity use. Improving energy efficiency across our offices globally.
